My interests include physical oceanography and marine geology, as well as climate change and sea level rise and the effect on coastlines.
I have previously worked on a climate reconstruction project in undergrad, focusing on the Virginia tidewater region in the 19th century. For my Master’s dissertation I worked on a project that evaluated the trends of declining beach volumes and the variability of beach recovery after winter storms using software such as ArcGIS and MATLAB.
