I am doing a post doc (part-time) at the Department of Geography, NUI Galway. I have recently completed my PhD on Marine Sediment Dynamics, Earth and Ocean Sciences and coastal modelling of maerl or rhodolith habitats. My background is also in marine habitat mapping and seabed classification using acoustics. I have an MSc in Hydrographic Surveying (IHO Category A accredited course) from University College London and BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology with Oceanography from University of Southampton. Looking for opportunities to collaborate together on coastal and marine research, especially of coralline algae habitats.
