About
Mary is an undergraduate student at the College of Charleston. Mary’s interests span sediment migration in coastal and benthic environments. Mary has research experience in hydrography, remote sensing, and coastal geology. She intends to expand her interest in monitoring shoreline change as a result of anthropogenically induced stressors and naturally occurring sediment variability through her acceptance of a WHOI fellowship over the summer of 2021. Mary is excited to develop her interests into a meaningful career in coastal geosciences.
