About
30+ years of coastal and river infrastructure planning and design experience throughout North America along with project experience in Africa, Asia and Australia. Technical specialties include caisson and berm breakwaters and rigid thin vertical wave barriers. Other specialties include soil bio-engineered riverbank protection, Arctic and sub-Arctic coastal and river projects, and the environmental assessment of ocean and coastal energy projects. Have also managed large inter-disciplinary teams for transportation and water resources projects.
