About
Sarah has worked on tropical coastlines for the last 15 years. She has been lucky enough to work in some varied locations, including Aldabra Atoll (Seychelles), Cocos (Keeling) Atoll, the Great Barrier Reef, Fiji, Belize and the Red Sea. Currently based at the University of Wollongong as a Senior Lecturer in GIS, Sarah enjoys building her knowledge about tropical coastal environments, particularly discovering new places and finding different ways to better understand and explain our observations in them. A relatively recent arrival in Australia, Sarah combines her passion for the coast with her family, teaching, research and a new-found need to visit the beach regularly.
