I have performed research on coastal engineering related subjects specifically wave climate modeling and wave energy resources. Currently, I am working on the impact of climate change on wave resources and sustainability of the wave energy. My research interests are: Climate change impact assessment (future projections), Wave modeling (forecasting and hindcasting), Wave energy assessment, Spatio-temporal assessment of long-term wave climate, Soft computing methods in coastal/ocean engineering, Extreme value analysis, Coast/shore protection, Coastal zone management.
